Gustavo Druda Imhof

A true cultural melting-pot, Gustavo is Swiss-Brazilian-Italian; born in Sao Paulo he emigrated to Switzerland at age 4, where he spent most of his life so far in Geneva. After graduating from his Masters degree he was offered a job in Leeds so he set off on his Northern adventure.

Sophie Alice Wilson

Sophie is a true Yorkshire woman. She was born in Wakefield, studied in York and now lives and works in Leeds. Being an accountant she keeps the numbers in check by day & Gustavo in check by night.

The Proposal

Never one to do things by halves Gustavo spent 3 months planning the proposal. During their holiday to Portugal he hired a yacht and 2 crewmen to take them on a private tour around Lisbon harbour. When the yacht reached the Cristo Rei statue (inspired by the Christ the Redeemer statue in his native Brazil) Gustavo got down on one knee.
